I hope that following article will be helpful for those who have been going through the integration of the last stage of the ascension process. I didn’t know that the integration of the last stage was going to take almost a year for me, and I started with very little personal issues 14 years ago. All my issues were having to do with the last 14 years of experiences and the last karmic clearing where any remaining karmas with anyone were mopped up.

I went through 14 years of ascension process and experienced my own higher self light pulsing out of my heart area almost 1 year ago. After light pulsing out of my heart area (unconsciously) in order to protect myself from a bothersome energy, all I could say was “I am a being of Light” for couple of months. Understanding came to me several months later. My higher self (God Self) set me straight because even after Spirit worked on for 13 years and Angels told me who I am, I kept insisting to them I was human. Now I know for sure I am a being of Light and that this is my last reincarnation.

In early November 2009, entire cells in my body vibrated in resonance when I thought that I will be returning to the Source after I shed my body. I have to admit that my heart felt so happy. Spirit told me that some heartache I feel is due to my decision to stay on Earth. Honestly though, I have begun to really look forward to joyous and fun human experiences, including having a job I love and skiing again. :-)
(Lesson: Trust yourself. I faced some doubters that caused self-doubt, and Spirit responded with this experience for me, so I won't have to doubt myself ever again.)

I was told that I am a starseed (Alpha Centurian/Hadrian) and had past lives on Earth. Well, my intuitive feeling and guidance told me that I am of Angelic origin. So, I was confused but wasn’t bothered by it since categorizing or labeling is more of human penchants. Finally, another energy healing practioner helped me to clear up a minor confusion. I am originally downloaded from Angelic origin (Archangels order) with parallel lives as a starseed with past lives on Earth.

After my ascension path was first activated in 1995 and many years afterward, Spirit didn’t use a word/phrase “ascension” as it was to them an accelerated process for me according to my Life Plan. As years went on, obviously many people were started on the path and Spirit came up with a term “ascension” for humans to use. One thing they made it clear to me again and again was that this is my last life time and that I won't be re-incarnating again.

Until 2009, I wasn’t clear about why and what I’ve experienced and what my telepathy meant. In 2009, things became gradually became clear to me with many “Aha!”s. Followings are brief recaps of my thoughts and experiences…yes, infused by Spirit.

I had work done on me to clear karmic matrix and ancestral karmas as directed by my higher self as well as for soul clearing, soul retrieval and soul re-patterning and akashic record modification.

I went through an extended period of deep depression since early this year and experienced a strong desire to escape from my physical body. But I am supposed to stay on Earth to anchor my frequency of Divine Love (=Self Love) on Earth until I choose to shed my physical body in old age…perhaps 90.

My higher self simply won’t allow me to exit or take a short cut from my physical existence because I am on Earth to experience much joyful human experiences while anchoring my Divine Love (=Self Love) frequency…That’s my purpose as I am Love.

Whether you will shed your physical body will depend on your higher self. I could care less about my physical existence but my higher self still managed to get me to get help in clearing emotional pains and karmas from my energy. (Update: Now I really look forward to living joyful human experiences. Karmic Matrix Clearing lasted all of 63 days from late September 09 to early December 09. I think at least half the time, I slept 10-12 hours a day with my body/mind/emotion feeling really tired with mild head fever/headache with active sub-consciousness, etc....no fun at all.)

I’ve been slipping in and out of high frequency and somewhat adjusted frequency for interaction with other humans (including watching movies or listening to music) and different dimensional realities. I was able to listen to the classical music (my favorite music) for an extended period of time since about 2 months ago and watch movies since 1 month ago…before then, I couldn’t tolerate listening to classical music or watching movies. It was often very tiring because my frequency made it uncomfortable for me in a current mass density and I also had to deal with deep emotional pains involving the past 14 years, the last karmas clearing and perhaps mass ignorance.

So, if you want to know what is coming up, you cannot just escape to light body. You need to deal with all your personal issues and karmas. Yup, it was very hard and exhausting.

Also, some of you will choose to leave. I also wanted to leave but my higher self is not allowing it. I just sense much joy coming up in my human experience…that’s what I planned since I feel like I didn’t have loving & joyous human experiences/life past 14 years (It was always one way that is from me flowing to others).

Keep in mind that you are on earth to have human experiences. Don’t get worked up on all the ascension stuffs and leaving a physical body. If you are meant to leave a physical body as determined by your higher self, you will. If not, you will be guided to heal yourself of emotional pains and clean up/balance all your karmas with conscious awareness.

The ascension process is simply an accelerated process for you to remember and become who you really are, manifest more quickly, and yes, not re-incarnating again.

Yes, I know I tried to and wanted to escape my physical body for a while, but my higher self drummed it into my head and being that I am here to stay to anchor my frequency and create a life I love with my free will. Yeah…! You know I never really had any free will in the past 14 years as I was always very closely guided to fulfill my spiritual destiny of remembering and becoming who I really am…Being of Light.

Some of us got there early, and others will get there even if it takes eons for them to get there.

I am correcting myself as I posted a comment about wanting to leave my physical body and how liberating it was going to be early this year. Whew…it’s been a lot of work.

I guess I can say that I see the Light at the end of this long tunnel of integration period of 11 months. I mean my physical body is much less dense than most of you and therefore is able to hold much more Light, but still integrating higher Light in all levels of my being was hard in many ways because it required clearing out dense energies of emotional pains I accumulated last 14 years.

Much blessings to you all who will be going through what I went through. Even integration itself is very hard! Don’t be afraid or reluctant to seek help of professional energy healers for soul clearing, soul retrieval, soul re-patterning, akashic record modification, karmic matrix clearing, etc. If you are mean to stay, you will be guided by your higher self as such, and all the works are done by the direction of your higher self. Your higher self determines and directs what is to be cleared by energy healers.

After all those hard work, now I’ve got to have fun and fill my human experiences/life with love, joys and success…anything that makes my heart sing and soar as my higher self’s light resides within me and is directly connected to my heart.

Little more clarification about ascension and light body:

Free Will: You do not have conscious free will over whether to ascend or not as it is a destiny of humans. However, your soul has a free will of starting a process now or later. In any case, it is never your conscious free will but rather your soul’s free will that determine when you start your ascension process.

How do I know? When it was activated for the first time in 1995 for me, I had no inclination, knowledge or desire about anything spiritual, metaphysical or religious.

Light body: You don’t create a light body. Your physical body becomes a light body in that your core being holds Light as your vibration is raised, your energy is refined by higher Light Beings and be able to receive and hold higher Light download from higher plane. I didn’t do it on myself. Spirit worked on me. I came with naturally higher frequency (vibration) and much less dense physical body.

Telepathy: Keep in mind that telepathy is a natural ability of all beings, including humans, animals and plants. My telepathy has been fully developed as my consciousness has been raised and energy refined over the years. Yes, telepathy is a natural expression of higher consciousness and refined energy. (I think high vibration requires further work to achieve higher consciousness. I say this because I know I came with naturally high vibration and much less dense physical body.)

I hear/know/see/sense/know people’s conscious, subconscious and soul thoughts and emotions that are related to me. This makes sense as none of us is a one dimensional being. What most people sense/know/feel unconsciously or sub-consciously, I hear/sense/know/feel consciously. That's why/how telepathy works. (No mystery here. :-))

Attachment/Detachment: Connection/Attachment is a source of joy for all beings. It’s when attachment is not good for you, preventing you from seeing what is truly good for you, or source of pain and misery, then you have to let go of that attachment.

As long as we have an emotional body, we experience attachment and emotions which is a whole point of being in physical body. The only difference for me is that through 14 years of practicing letting go (sometimes forced to) and through Spirit working on all levels of my being, I am able to let go easier and faster. Letting go is a form of unconditional love.

I was reminded recently that it is my responsibility to discern a human on a soul level and determine if I want to let that person into my life or not. It is very important that I only let people with similarly high frequency into my life. It doesn’t matter if one is aware of energy or not as all of us are spiritual beings (light beings) on a different level of evolution/development.

The high frequency perhaps means innate capacity/ability to generate and feel love and joy.

Suppression of one’s thoughts and emotions: It’s a big NO. It’s detriment to one’s well being and evolution. I found that people who are secretive or suppressed/repressed have a lot more problems on both personal/emotional and soul level.

Unfortunately I had to deal with, as a part of my ascension, souls that are not of Light. I think it’s because a person was repressing thoughts and emotions, soul couldn’t find an outlet and became trapped in dark. It is same with those with mental/emotional illness.

DO NOT repress your thoughts or emotions. Being honest with yourself and with others is highly important, especially in romantic relationship area. You cannot hold Light within you when you are not honest with yourself and/or others. Trust, peace and harmony are possible only with honesty.

Once again, expressing your thoughts and emotions in a healthy way is much healthier and better for your well being and soul. In order to ensure your soul is that of Light, practice honesty and honoring/respecting other’s free will no matter how much you think you love or want that person.

What is spiritual /sacred? : When you do things from your heart with the purity of heart, it is spiritual.

To those who are wondering about my natural high frequency:

Yes, I came with Divine Love (=Self Love) frequency. I learned that Self Love is the highest octave of love, even higher than unconditional love.

I practiced a lot of unconditional love and forgiveness for many years, and I felt like a slave. No wonder I felt like a slave because I was trying to do things of frequency that is lower than my natural frequency.

Unconditional love is also letting go of someone you love because that someone is miserable or makes you miserable with the intention that someone needs to work on himself/herself in his/her own time-line and space.

Likewise, forgiveness is forgiving a person for causing pain but not necessarily being with that person again. As someone said, it's letting go of holding that person responsible for causing you pain and let God between you and that person.

I found that a lot of times, soul mate (positive or negative) causes a deep pain in order for your soul growth, learning life lessons and healing. At least on two occasions, I talked with two soul (energies) and agreeing with souls on certain actions...they were not consciously aware of it while I was. It took me some time to understand I was talking to soul energy, not that person's conscious self. They also caused me much pain and vice versa, I am sure. Always keep in mind that not everyone, including those who feel like Angels to you, is right for you. Mismatched soul vibrations can cause much harm especially to those with higher vibrations.

I have been liberated from that slavery soul contract and mentality. I do things that magnify love within me and bring me joy and in doing so, others around me are naturally uplifted.

The point is I don’t go around thinking/feeling that I need to serve humanity. By simply being who I am and do what brings me love and joy, others happen to be uplifted and become more spiritually oriented.

Serving humanity is not my purpose. My purpose on Earth is do love, joy and prosperity for myself. White Light honors, supports and respects all that I am and all that I value.

Bottom Line: Do things from your heart with the purity of your heart…that’s how you create your own heaven on earth. And Remember your own higher self (God) within you.
